GL.iNet GL-XE3000 Puli AX 5G Router with Dual SIM and 6400mAh Battery

This replaced a Netgear hotspot that lasted less than a year. Setup was super easy. Just stick the sim card in and it immediately connected to T-Mobile. Connect to it with a web brand had both networks up and running in a few minutes. Also the 5ghz has amazing range. Finally, the built-in battery backup works well. It was still working several hours into a power outage before power came back on.

This modem/router combo is easy enough to set up for a beginner. Yet, it has enough functionality for a professional. Built-in VPN functionality and the ability to utilize both 5G and wired internet connections are but two of the rich features offered by this premium device. OpenWRT is easily accessible via LuCI to allow nearly endless customization. My only critique is that one or two more native ethernet ports would be helpful.

A very Hefty router with all of the features that I need. I've actually been looking for a router like this for quite some time and I've tried a couple of mobile routers and this one is by far the best I've tried. It's a bit larger and heavier than I expected but that's not really an issue for me. This is definitely not what I would call a pocket router but it is small enough that you can pretty much take it anywhere in a backpack just by removing the antennas. I also like the fact that you can attach external antennas if you need to. I would definitely recommend this router

Well, this is a good unit, and the signal is great. I spent 6 hours yesterday trying to get this connected. I finally got it connected to my computer, only to find out that When I rebooted the computer, I had no internet again. They provide no tech support, only a web page that you can go to and read and try figure it out. Well, I'm extremely happy with the unit and the signal. Their customer service is extremely terrible, not at all.Satisfied for the price

Our new facility needed internet and the local Fiber/Coax company wanted to charge us 10s of thousands to install the cable. That wasn't in the cards or budget.We contacted ATT and decided to go with 5G at least until we can get Fiber installed. This device serves as both a 5G modem and a wifi router. It has dual SIM card slots but only has i IMEI which made set up more complicated than it should have been. When just the first SIM arrived and I inserted it and restarted the modem I could log onto the dashboard but it said the SIM was not recognized. Super frustrating. I reached out to both ATT

I bought this for a road trip through Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Utah and Washington. Lots of long remote stretches where my phone didn't get any signal. However, the Puli AX paired with the Simpoyo SIM worked great and managed to always get better service at faster speeds. I also used the wifi repeater feature at hotels. It was able to handle captive logins without issue.The admin portal is easy to use. I can easily switch between cellular and wifi repeater mode. I could also turn cellular on and off to conserve data.The battery lasts 6-8 hrs and makes it very portable.

I need cellular connection for livestreaming events as part of my job. Previously I had used a couple of Netgear hotspot units, but both performance and reliability were underwhelming with those units. Then I discovered GL.inet in one of Bitwit Kyle's videos on Youtube and I was instantly intrigued.
