BE CAREFUL! These knives will arrive VERY SHARP. You can get a cut and not even notice it because they are so sharp. They are very well balanced and easy to use. I love the magnetic stand/ holder- however the top needed to be hammered into place with a rubber mallet because it was so tight. It’s not going anywhere now. They are beautiful and I have only had them for a month or so, but use daily. I would definitely buy again although I don’t think it will be necessary as I feel like they will last a long time.

Came fast and well packaged. Blades are very sharp, but I don’t know why my bread knife (serrated knife) is an off color. It has a slight tint on it. Tried hand washing it but no change. Minus a star because of that. Looks great on my kitchen counter top. Handle is balanced and feels nice in the hand when slicing. These are hand wash only knives if you want them to last you a long time to be worth the money. I chose this set because it has the exact knives I cycle through whenever I cook. No point in having more knives if you’ll rarely use them. Practical for my cooking and visually pleasing.

I found out on day 1 while washing them for the first time just how sharp a good knife is. I guess I had grown complacent washing my older dull knives. Yes I cut my index finger. I couldn't pick my nose for a week. But they also work great on meats and veggies. They slice through actual real foods too. Made slicing and dicing a breeze once again. Cutting and preparing meals is precise and fun again. I'm sure you'll be quite pleased with the packaging, appearance and performance with this set. I thought the price was very reasonable also. You won't go wrong.
