Love love love. High quality and ultra sharp - be mindful of that :-). Have the carving knife of the same series as well as another one from a different series from that manufacturer.Definitely high quality and value for $ paid. If you need a wedding present or birthday present, check out the single knives or the sets. Packaging looks great too!If you treat your knives properly they will last forever. I would recommend a quick 2 - 3 stroke honing every time you use one and also make sure you always dry your knifes immediately after using.

We are very happy with these knives. We love to cook, and these knives were ready for use out the container. They stay sharp requiring less maintenance, and they are attractive on kitchen counter. Overall I'd rate this a 5 and would buy again.

Chip and rusting on pairing knife in set I purchased
Amazon refunded me partially for just the damaged pairing knife. So I am good with that and enjoying the other knives in the set I purchased. I loved the knife set when I received it. Only had it for a week and then went on a trip for 3 weeks. When I returned I went to use the pairing knife and saw a small chip in the blade and it looked like it was also rusting where the chip is. I don’t know what could have caused the chip as I had only used it to cut berries and peel apples before I left on my trip. Says the window for me to return it has closed a few days ago.
