Ozeri Touch Digital Kitchen Scale (12 lbs Edition) in Tempered Glass

When I first thought about getting a digital kitchen scale, I researched them online, looking at features and price, and eventually decided to purchase from Amazon. I buy a lot through Amazon, and always get fast delivery and a fair price, but I check around, too. In any event, I narrowed the field down to three or four, and did some further research, eventually deciding to take a chance on this one form Ozeri, as it seemed to have the features I wanted. I really like this scale. I chose it over some of the cheaper models due to it's solid surface - there is nowhere for food to get stuck. No buttons with gaps. It has all the standard features: grams, lbs and oz, ml, fl oz. I have used the ml once or twice and it always seems the same as grams. Honestly, I don't know that a scale can measure in ml since it's a unit of volume. The only feature that it doesn't have is lbs in decimal form (there are other scales here on amazon that do have both decimal and lbs and oz) Meaning if meat from the store says it's 2.75lbs, this scale will tell you 2 lbs

I purchased this scale after acquiring Type 1 diabetes. I am not very good at estimating the weight or amount of something that I am using and needed something to be more exact so I could calculate the amount of insulin to give myself. This scale has been great. It's easy to use (3 buttons), it's flat and stores anywhere (no clutter), and it has all the functionality I need.
