Rechargeable Digital Kitchen Scale, 0.1g Resolution Max 5kg 11Ibs

This food scale is small, easy to use, and apparently accurate. I use it every day. The container that sits on the top to hold the items being weighed works well, and can be reversed and used as a cover. The "tare" function also works very well, allowing me to easily add recipe ingredients consecutively. I use it at least twice daily - mainly to weigh out food for our beloved doggie, but also for other food that I am cooking for the rest of our family.

Using my grandmother's methods, I sifted my flour, and sifted it again, measured it and remeasured it, but the bread never came out quite like I wanted it. With the scale and measurements down to the .1 g range, I can see that I have always been using too much flour for almost all of my recipes. Now, the bread is MUCH nicer. Thank you.

This thing sucks. Trying to weigh out grams is ridiculous. If you put your material on the scale and need to add more, it freezes up. I put 10 grams on it but needed 11. I must have added 10 more grams before it started reading again. Precision measurements are impossible. You have to dump all the weight all at once or start over. Gotta order a new scale as this just causes more work and problems with any recipes.

i’m really grateful that this kitchen scale has a built-in rechargeable battery because i’m tired of fumbling for aaa's when i’m in the middle of a recipe. i specifically needed a scale with 0.1g precision for some of my more delicate drink measurements, and it’s also absolutely necessary for my sloppy joe recipe, because if you don't get the ratios exactly right, it just doesn't taste good. it can measure up to 5kg, and the hold function is super useful for locking in a reading when you’re weighing something larger than the 6.3-inch platform. it also has a pcs counting function which is handy
