We are very happy with our Vikio exhaust fan! It works exactly as expected and does a great job improving airflow and ventilation. It’s surprisingly quiet, effective at removing humidity and odors, and feels well-made and durable. Installation was straightforward, and it has made a noticeable difference in keeping the space feeling fresh. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable exhaust fan! We had a small issue with our first one that customer service handled really well!

We finally took down the fan above the stove that wasn’t vented outside and replaced it with this one. We hired professionals for this and they had no issues with installation. Wow! What a difference. It’s vented outside, it’s pretty. Arrived in perfect condition, and it’s quiet even on high. I cook a lot and this works really well. I’m no longer smelling the cooking for days. It has a hand wave control that at first I thought was kinda silly, like I can’t push a button, but now that I have it, it’s so nice. This is a high CFM fan ( if you cook a lot, the more CFM the better) at a good price.

I purchased this product during my house renovation. I am pretty satisfied as it turns out to be a better choice compared to the other pricy brand I have used. The stainless steel quality is very good, strong and beautiful. It looks pretty nice in my kitchen after installation, and especially the non-touch sensor function impresses that anyone can switch between the fan power by waiving my hand without touching the control panel. It was a pain to install, but it looks beautiful in the kitchen and I really enjoy the hand motion technology - it’s very different and useful when your hands are covered in food. The suction capability is quite strong though, our smoke detector occasionally goes off. Overall very happy with the product.

My original order was stolen, but VIKIO’s customer care team really stepped up and sent me a full replacement at no cost. That kind of service is hard to find these days.The installation took me about an hour and was very straightforward. Everything fit well and the instructions were easy to follow. Once installed, the product works perfectly—I couldn’t be happier with it.Overall, great experience from start to finish. Solid product and even better customer support. Definitely recommended.

I love this piece it’s very functional and looks very nice, the only thing is not really nice is that it make a very strong noise when turn on but it works well with the aroma.

The vikio vent hood has been a great addition to our kitchen renovation product. We have it set up for direct venting to outside (not circulate option). The installation was straight forward and all parts were account for and no dings or dents were found. They packaged this very securely and put a coating on the metal to protect it during installation. The functionality has been amazing.
