Vitamix 62826 Vita-P 3, 44 Oz Blender

It’s expensive and last about 2 yrs under very commercial use (using average 6 hrs per day, everyday). Variable speed knob is very nice in slowly breaking ice cubes to smaller pieces before high speed is used. It’s commercial grade so the blending power is excellent but that results in very high noise level. Someone standing next to you can’t hear you while it’s at high speed blending. The pitcher and lower blend unit can be cleaned very easily, but the area under the blade is difficult to get to. Wish it’s little lower in price though.

This blender is an absolute powerhouse! It handles everything from smoothies to soups with ease, and the results are always perfectly smooth. The motor is incredibly strong, making it ideal for both home and professional use. Cleanup is quick and easy, and it’s built to last. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

This thing rocks. Easy to use, easy to clean. Has the power and engineering to make everything smooth. Gets all the little peanut bits in the mole and turns out a perfectly smooth sauce. Looks good and is easy to use. High end NSF carafe is tall enough to use for small amounts with the top off. Amazing daiquiris, the ice doesn't stand a chance. I was so excited to get a new commercial Vitamix! I have had it almost three years now and it is terrible. It worked well for about a month or so and then seemed to start slipping. It would not blend thick smoothies (2 cups yogurt, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 whey ice cubes, 1 frozen banana) except on high and with the high boost. It would not blend thick slurries either and kept slipping where it would blend then not, but only on high with high boost. I’ve owned a vitamix since I got out of college- over 30 years. As a vegetarian I use it at least once a day; often more.When my current very old vitamix needed some parts, I decided to replace it with this commercial pro model now that I have a family. I am absolutely thrilled with it!It has very solid performance. Intuitive controls. Powerful motor has handled everything with aplomb. Container is more heavy duty than regular vitamix.I recommend it without hesitation, especially if you need heavy duty blending needs

I've used the blender almost daily for 6 months. My last blender was a Cuisinart Smart power 5 speed blender. The Vitamix Vita Prep 3 blows it out of the water. That was a toy compared to the Vitamix. Even hard fibrous pineapple cores end up smoothly blended. This blender is loud, really loud, but as fast as this blends, it's well worth it. 30 seconds of blending produces smoother better results than 4 or 5 minutes with other blenders and the others still don't work as well. This thing is also built like a tank. You get more than what you pay for with this. It's worth every penny.

I’m a chef. I’ve tried all kinds of blenders in all different shapes and sizes. Nothing outperforms a Vitamix. Especially not this commercial grade beast. During larger jobs, I could easily overheat my previous vitamixes, but not this guy. The fan is strong and can cool itself down by removing the pitcher and running it at high speed, as per Vitamix instructions - running at higher speeds keeps it cooler than low speeds.Just get it. Trust me, I’m a professional. You won’t regret it.
