    Good customer service

    Good system overallInstallation was easy and pretty much plug-and-play, but there are also many different settings that can be changed if you like.I bought the system in April of 2022 but was unable to install it until November of that year.the system fired right up and worked great for the first 9 months, in July of 2023 I had 3 cameras fail, possibly due to the extreme Texas heat.I contacted Zosi Customer Service and got a response within a few hours from a very helpful person named Slina. technically I was out outside of the 1 year warranty but after explaining I hadn't installed the camera

    Clear Images and smooth video

    I have bought 3 systems from Zosi, wire with 4, 8, and 16 channels. They are all good . Smooth video and clear images. Their hard drive is also good. I have not experienced any failure of cameras or hard drive. The only small issue is the adapter. They may fail after awhile using it. However, I contact them for the warranty, they repsond in good manner. An agent name, Rainbow, initiate the replacement for me and send other adapters for back up as well. They have a good customer service on warranty.

    Good quality camera system with no need for membership

    We used this for our commercial property and overall the product seems to be working well. The 5th star was knocked off as by the time we were able to get everything fully installed, we realized one of the cameras weren't working and we missed the return window on Amazon. Otherwise, seems like a good product at a good price.
