Great machine for the cost. Good for all skill levels. This machine comes with a 5”X7” embroidery hoop which was a big factor in choosing this machine, I love it for sewing and embroidery both. I highly recommed this machine.
I bought this machine as new, and have been having issues. After some research this is a very used machine repacked as new. Total stitch count is 431,326. I have only put 220 on since I set it up.I can’t register it, can’t get the promised Disney design.
If you are buying this for the designs, like I was, maybe wait. Brother has an issue with registering, the machine model is not yet on their site to register. I picked the SE2000 because that is what the machine is, with the added Disney designs. I am unable to download the 100 designs. The first person to help at Brother kept telling me it was an Amazon issue. I got escaled and two days later they still haven’t gotten me my designs. I don’t know how long I will wait. It’s cheaper to buy the Brother 2000, it’s the exact machine. Or there is the Brother SE 900, very similar features. I have had
This product does NOT include the Disney downloads. I am still working with the seller to get my downloads. They are trying to refund my money. I spoke to Brother directly and they said the Amazon stores are not telling the truth about their products. The only Brother product that includes the Disney package is the SE2100Di.
So I got this for my wife for her birthday because she has been wanting to up grade her brother machine. But come to find out Brother messed up with what it seems to be all machines from Amazon. I read another review about thinking maybe by now they have it fixed.. NOPE! I have been trying to get into contact with their customer service and it’s been a week and still no fix. If you don’t mind waiting ages for the designs then it’s a fine machine and my wife loves it. Just beware of that little fact for getting your Disney 100 designs. We were remodeling our home and I didn't open this machine and check it out until it was well beyond the date to return or exchange it (30 days I learned). I've had it at a service center for repair and it still isn't working. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and this product.
The SE2000 works great! I've been using this machine for almost 2 weeks now and after following MANY youtube videos my projects are coming out amazing! The only problem I'm having with this machine is the 100 FREE disney designs that Brother advertises are not accessible. When I go to the website it says my machine has been registered and will not allow me to move foward. I've opened a case with Brother customer service but its going on 2 weeks that this issue isn't resolved. If I would have know I would've purchased the SE2000 and saved a couple hundered $$$. But over all I love this machine
