We love this scale at the bakery. We have 4 different scales and this is our favorite. We fight over it during bread shaping. I had to buy another one. It is great for measuring large heavy bowls of water/ starter etc or small weights, but it doesn’t register below 8g so you may need another scale for tiny measurements. If I add the small weights to a larger pre measured weight it registers better. Takes a bit more math sometimes. 😂

I requested to review this scale because I do quite a bit of food prep and I have larger cuts of meat that I need to weigh out and butcher on my own, so I thought this would be great. My regular scale is small and while it works well it won't measure up to the weight that I need and the platform on my smaller scale is just too small to accommodate what I need. Anyway, this scale absolutely has the capability I need and then some. This is definitely a professional scale and is a little out of my league in some ways, but it's perfect for what I wanted.As other mentioned, I didn't get the AC adap
