This is a wonderful scale that is consistent and easy to use. Units can be changed on a dime and it tares instantly. The LCD is bright and the scale is easy to keep clean. I have a small Fuzion gram scale for espresso and it's equally good. Great brand.

I have had a food scale for years. I like to weigh ingredients if the recipe provides the information for greater accuracy. I also buy food in bulk and weigh it when I put into bags for freezing. When my last scale finally gave up the ghost I bought a replacement but it was a smaller size. It still worked great, but I wasn't happy that I had to position larger items just right to be able to see the display. I found this one accidentally, and it was on sale! And, although it runs on a battery, it is also rechargeable! This time, I checked the size and knew t would be bigger. It is perfect! I lo
