This product worked perfectly for me. All of the features of the roku worked awesomly with my old sony tv via the rca ports. The instructions are clear, the parts are professional quality, and the packaging is easy. THe quality was the best that I had ever seen on my tv, and the resolution was in no way slanted or warped. I cut the cable last October so I was trying to find a way to hook up a Roku device to the old TV in the living room. I bought another device and it didn't work so I was about to give up and look for a good deal on a new TV. I saw this device on Amazon and thought I'd give it one more shot and it worked. At first I could get only black and white but after some emails with the manufacturers they told me how to plug it into the Video slots, that sometimes they are not labeled, and it worked. Have to say they were very helpful and understanding. So now I can put off buying another TV for a while

Easy to install, the unit doesn't get hot, and works somewhat (see next sentences) with Roku Ultra. The problem is that after a few days, the unit stops displaying Roku output. This is solved by unplugging and re-plugging the power to the unit: inconvenient but not a killer. However when watching streaming movies from NetFlix, the video freezes, looks bad, or jumps ahead -- when watching the same through my old Tivo unit (albeit that getting to NetFlix is a slow an laborious process) at the same time, these problems don't appear.

I had purchased another kind of interface that I thought would work, only it didn't! I was very disappointed, but this one worked! I don't understand, the only difference between the two was this one had a power adapter whereas the other one had usb to charger. I'm thrilled with this. If anyone one has an older TV and has to upgrade to a new roku, this is it! DO NOT BUY ANY OTHER, even if you wanted to save money. This is well worth the price!

I just connected my HDMI to AV Converter for Roku Streaming Stick. It went well…but the picture quality has white lines across the top…and an upside Roku logo…Why is this happening?…. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting….and “rebooting” everything…but nothing has cleared it. (This is my 2nd Bleiden converter, as we have another one on another older TV...and it never had this issue...) I would love to give this 5 stars if I can get this issue resolved.
