    Bought for sourdough

    Got this for starting my journey into sourdough. It's been working as it should! Fits great in my drawer. It's platter is big enough to weigh my starter jar and could easily hold my flour container. No weight discrepancies. The touch controls act up and it gets confused about the weight if you spill water on them...but wiped it off and everything back to normal.

    Almost perfect kitchen scale

    This scale seems to weigh accurately, but the batteries need more frequent replacement than my other kitchen scale. I do like that it’s very easy to see the weight display, but that also makes it easy to accidentally shift the display while you are adding ingredients. I also like that it gives a more precise weight in grams. My older scale will only display grams in even numbers, while this one displays both even and odd numbers. If I’m weighing ingredients in grams, I want that level of precision.

    Taylor Kitchen Scale

    I was very happy with the first Taylor Digital Kitchen Scale, but one day it’s just decided to give die and changing the batteries didn’t help at all, it was DONE. Since I was happy with my original Taylor kitchen scale, I decided I’d try another even though I couldn’t find one with the larger weighing area. This new scale is smaller and the button options are different, but it weighs in 4 different modes which I like. Since I just receive this new scale I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I hope it has a longer shelf life than my first Taylor Digital Scale.

    Accurate and the Best Looking Scale on Amazon!

    Did I mention that it was so easy to clean too! I am an avid baker and use this scale everyday. I simply wipe the surface to keep it clean. It has a large lighted display which I love because I can always read it no matter the size of bowl I am using. The bamboo is so sleek and modern!
