    This very inexpensive kitchen scale has made a major difference in my goals to track food intake. It is really simple to use. The button to clear off the bowl or plate weight or to reset and measure additional ingredients is a must have. Nothing fancy about this scale - it does what it needs to do.

    I've had a name-brand digital kitchen scale for 20 years, and it's served me well. But I now need sub-gram resolution for weighing very small amounts and a higher max weight for other items. I decided to take a chance on this model since they claim to have a dedicated factory. It's exactly as described, and completely outclasses my old scale. The display is large, lit, and easy to read. The tray is stainless and wipes clean easily. I have some small check weights and when I put 2.7 grams on the tray it read exactly 2.7 grams. The only downside for me personally is that it takes 3 seconds to ma

    I love the fact that you can add your container and then turn it on and it shows 0 g. Was easy to add items in grams just by clearing the weight out and adding more stuff. My main use for using this was for sourdough starter.
