This rice pot I love so much put the bad news was I only had it less than 2 years and they had went on e 4 I looked at the bottom the wires were good everything good my pot was basically I'm brand new still E4 no matter what you do you cannot get that off your pot so I went and bought a new one not the same brand and I would never buy this part again cuz it goes on e4 I switched out that nothing I've moved the wires around nothing I cleaned it very well nothing even though it was already cleaned this is basically new so I recommend not to buy this pot cuz you'll never get it off E4 one out of

This is my 3rd rice cooker. I had my 1st one for a cpl years and it started to get a code. Called the company and no warranty. BS. I bought another one and after a cpl uses i was getting the same code. No warranty.. I bought a new one again just like a few days ago and cooked 4 cups of rice and turned out great then cooked another 4 cups and burnt the bottom and sides. I tested with 2 cups and I videoed it. Burnt rice again. Terrible

5 stars for the unit, 1 star for the title.My 15 year old Aroma unit finally died after taking a spill off the counter... bought this one believing it was bigger. It is 10-cups finished rice... 5 cups dry go in, 10 cups prepared rice come out. I looked at a bunch of these titles and they all say 20-cup, look up the models elsewhere and theyre all 10-cup. Just be aware.

This has become my husband's new favorite small application. Super easy to use and does a great job cooking rice. It's easy to clean and easy to use too. Great value for all the types of cooking that it does. It's a great size too no matter how small of a batch you need to make

Although I like this rice cooker the maintenance instructions are POOR - they don't tell you anything about the steam vent maintenance - imagine my disgust when I went to make something noted some residue and there was NASTY MOLD under the steam vent and I had to go into the AI Q&A to find out the steam vent care - I searched the entire manual and it said nothing about taking the steam vent apart nor how to care for it - nor how to clean it - nor that after every use you should take it apart clean and dry it - if I wasn't past the return window I would be returning this - it would have made me

THIS PRODUCT IS A LEMON!DO NOT BUY!I purchased the first one off Amazon and quickly fell in love with it—I would make all kinds of “set it and forget it” meals.It quickly malfunctioned just days after the return window on Amazon had closed.
