This was a perfect grill for my dinner. The size wasn't too big or too small. I put the stone in the oven first to get it heated evenly, then added it to the grill. I don't think you even have to do that because it was extremely responsive to turning the temp up or down.Using the little pans was easy and they seemed to heat evenly.This is a great grill for the price with the added bonus of interchangeable tops! can't wait to try the other ones
This is a great raclette machine. Easy set up, choice of nonstick, double-sided grill or traditional stone. Easy to use, easy to clean. Nice and hot, with color- coded trays to keep track of whose is whose. Spatulas included. You definitely need an extension cord, so plan accordingly.
these are fun to use, but not as sturdy & durable as i thought they would be. will have to be overly gentle for these to last. so far they clean up quite easily. the size is a little small for how many people it is to serve.

I really like this machine, we had one in Europe before and used it every weekend. This one is very similar, easy to use and clean. As others pointed out, it needs to be on highest setting in order for the cheese and meat on top to cook at good speed, but we were 8 people and had no issues. Great product, highly recommend!
Even at max setting, it takes forever to cook anything. Stone is useless, it never gets hot enough to cook
A very well made Raclette grill. The granite top is polished and was much easier clean than I thought it was when looking at it after a long Raclette evening. Haven't tried the reversable top yet and probably never will. The stone ist just my preferred cook top for meat and veggies. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it for its versatility and price.
I really like this raclette, it makes a very nice low-key way to hang out and eat. The grill gets hot enough to cook and even lightly sear meats, everything melts well underneath, and it is just a really nice overall setup. My only complaint is the Teflon raclette top (did not try the granite one yet, it comes w both) scratches--I received the raclette with a couple scratches on the first griddle/top and contacted the seller, as it was their fault/shipping they replaced it VERY PROMPTLY but the new one came in unscratched, and very quickly I scratched it myself instead.Overall, I love it and c
