A great unit. We bought a few of them to donate for Celebration Sunday at our church. People in need received them with excitement at the tents.

This raclette grill heats up well and cooks evenly, making it perfect for family gatherings. It’s easy to clean and comes with nice trays and spatulas. I love how it brings everyone together around the table to cook and enjoy the meal together. It’s been a fun addition to our kitchen!

I am in love with this machine! We cook at least 3 times a week with it. Great versatility. I grill chicken, steak, fish, veggies and pancakes or crepes. It makes no smoke and the grill quality is outstanding. I would not recommend a higher heat level because your meat would dry out. I think the heat level is perfect. Works very well and I would definitely recommend buying it; great way to switch to healthier cooking because you literally use no fats ; you are not frying anything and it’s a great way to socialize without spending most of your time in the kitchen preparing all kinds of dishes.

The product works great but, it takes a while to heat up. We have 2 different brands of raclettes and our other one heats up almost instantly, which made our dinner a little awkward because the guests who used the other raclette were eating before the Cusimax was even fully heated. It indicates in the instructions to allow for extra time, but it still took a while longer. Clean the grill surface prior to first use and spray oil on the surface before heating.Also, make sure you have an extension cord that connects with a 3 prong power cord instead of 2. There is nothing not to love about this. I took it to my Grandsons for Thanksgiving weekend. We had such fun cooking at the table. Even my Great Grandbabies were able to use the small trays and spatulas and make a mixture from the assortment of cheese, potatoes, and add ins. We used it again for breakfast. Sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms on top, eggs, pancakes and all manor of foods in the small trays. It was a great hit. It is very easy to clean and stores away in it's own box. I saw one of these years ago when I visited Switzerland and always wanted one. Its easy to use, warms up quickly, cleans easy. I feel safe letting my older kids cook on it. You don't have to use it in the traditional ways either. We've cooked burgers and steak on it :). My only critique would be sometimes its hard to find storage for it as its a larger counter top appliance.

I was beginning to love this grill. Using it to grill veggies, meats etc. Everything I grilled turned out great. It appeared to be of good quality. The grill is of a good weight. Exciting to use for family gatherings. It heats up well. With all the pros being said about the grill. I noticed chipping of the grill. After aprox. two months. I bought this when it was on sale, and I'd buy it again at regular price. I have a big, beautiful, outdoor Blackstone flattop grill, but this is still such a must. It has quickly become my go-to, and it's nice not to worry about how full the gas tank is! One night as a family, we cut up things like hot dogs, veggies, beef steak, sausage and salmon and we all cooked up our own food, but together. <3 It was so fun and meaningful and such a change from our day-to-day meal! My 9 year old loved being the "grill master" and was excited to use tongs to help flip the food when it was time. I've also c
