I absolutely love this little grill! We used it last night for a korean bbq inspired dinner party we had and it worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and fun use. The temperature was easy to control. If we wanted it hotter or less than we just turned the little knob. The size of it was good for what we were using it for. It's bigger than the little circle grills you use at the korean restaurant. I have been using this grill for family meals, and I really enjoy it. After using the grill, I was really pleasantly surprised by it, the grill itself is quite large and holds a lot. Since it’s electric, it heats up really quick, the heating elements get red immediately. I bought a griddle before, but it wasn’t big enough and could only accommodate four or five people. So I decided to get this Raclette Table Grill so we can cook together for a group of up to ten people. I have to say, the quality of this one is much better than the previous one. It’s completely nonstick, heats up quickly, and distributes heat very evenly. I really love it!

The bottom trays (which we were so excited about) absolutly are never going to cook an egg, let alone anything elle. The top part isn't terrible but even on high hope you have patience. Would have returned it was so bad but it was outside the Window when we finally tried it
