I am beyond impressed with this company. My radio came beautifully packaged with all accessories separately packaged and labeled. All functions work perfectly. Since it’s the CD players that always stop working on these radios, I’m hoping this will last for at least as long as a new one- hopefully longer! Anyway, highest marks to this company; they do a beautiful job!! Couldn’t be more pleased.

I bought from a third party on Amazon, so was a little hesitant. The product was efficiently shipped and well packaged. Everything was in the box, including a personalized note with a phone number to reach a live person! It works well and the sound is what I expected from Bose. Very satisfied and the price was reasonable.

My unit arrived virtually unusable. No physical signs of damage however it would not play CDs and only could tune in 1 radio station. I returned it and the unit was repaired and returned. It now works fine and I only took a star off for the hassle of getting a damaged unit and the need to repack and return (free label). The "top touch" feature still doesn't seem to work but this is minimal and not worth any further hassle.
