Mouse and Keyboard combo worked great for my Windows 7 device. As others have probably mentioned, this appears to be more of a driver issue than an OS issue for working with windows 7. You just need to make sure you device has the appropriate version of bluetooth support. I will say it does disconnect from time to time but it is rare.There is a slight delay in key presses if you stop typing for a while, this is the battery saving feature. I bought this several months ago and I have yet had to change the batteries. Just takes some getting used to, not something I would knock any points off for.

I am mostly a Apple/Mac user (snob) and am partial to their smaller, sleeker keyboards. While this is still a long what from that, I find this mouse and keyboard to be really effective and stylish at the same time. The Bluetooth connection lags from time to time. I've only had to replace the batteries in the keyboard once since I purchased it. Overall I think this is a great product and am very happy with the purchase.

UPDATE (Mar 25, 2018):In my original review (scroll down) I mentioned that I had given a designer mouse to a friend. A couple of wks back it came up and I told him that mine had broken (described below on Mar 25, 2017). When I asked him if he still used the one that one I'd given him, he said that it had stopped working affter about 6 months. He said that it had simply stopped turning on. I really wanted to like this keyboard and mouse better, but it has two big flaws. The good news is the build quality and feel is great. I like the key stroke and can type quickly on the keyboard. You can tell the engineers put a lot of though into the construction. Granted it is in a compact design, so I'm sure larger keyboards are nicer to type on, but I liked this design and I can't imagine a way to make it better with this design.The problems start with the mouse, which seems to be not as accurate as my old Logitech mouse.
