Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000

I suppose the main criteria for satisfaction with a keyboard, as well as a mouse, is personal preference in nature. While one reviewer might find this product reprehensible, others may find it indispensable. I find no objection in either opinion.For me, i particularly like the position and size of the keys, and the touch of this keyboard. I had switched to wireless keyboards and mice but they just consume so many batteries. That I decided to go back to wired keyboards, and I am very happy with this Microsoft wired ergonomic keyboard and mouse. It stands up to 14 hours a day with no issues.

When I upgraded to Windows10, I had to get a newer keyboard. I am visually impaired, and I liked the spacing, location, and "angles" of the keys better on the 2000 model. Especially the up and down arrow keys. The 2000 model slanted those keys slightly down in the front and it was easier for me to "register" my position on the keyboard. I also used the calculator function A LOT and I am having trouble with the location of that hot key. The 3000 also seems to have the curve in the comfort curve a little shallower and that is an adjustment I still have trouble with. Otherwise the keyboard works

Almost identical in form factor to the "legendary" Microsoft Laser Desktop 600 Keyboards. The spacing between the main keyboard and the navigation keys is a a bit narrower, but part of that is due to the fact that the lower right Ctrl key is larger. Because of the way this one curves to the right side of the navigation keys and in the section that hte numeric keypad is, it results in a slightly narrower gap between the numeric keypad and the navigation keys. I've been using this particular keyboard, the Microsoft Comfort Curve 3000 for several years, and after my old keyboard wore out, this new one is the same one I've become accustomed to. The keyboard arrived earlier than I expected, works fine, and was reasonably priced.

I have the split keyboard at work, this one matches the feel of the one at work but for me it is better. Working from home engineer.Sheerness? like the lines of a boat? Do I have to talk like a pirate?

The keyboard works and is more comforatble than a straight one, but split keyboards are more ergonomic.But the mouse is garbage (literally now), the worst non-broken mouse I've ever used. Clicks do not register unless your hand is very far forward on the mouse. This feels awkward, plus you can't use the scroll wheel easily unless you bend your middle finger far. Not ergonomic or really usable at all.

I am very selective with keyboards. The basic ones always hurt my wrists after prolong use. I like this particular keyboard because it doesn't cause a strain. The price is reasonable for the quality.
