I've been getting frustrated with using my old analog scale in the kitchen, so this digital MEGAWISE scale has been a godsend. It's nice and sleek, easy to stow in a drawer. The experience is pretty simple -- it has three buttons: on/off, tare, and unit (switching between oz, lbs+oz, g, kg+g, fluid oz, and ml). This is an excellent kitchen scale for the price. The scale is sleek and light weight with a small footprint of just over 9 x 6 inces so it is very easy to store. The scale it built well with a nice fit to all of the parts making it feel very durable while not being heavy. The smooth surface is easy to clean and the display is nice and bright so it is easy to read. The weight capacity is much greater that I expected at a whopping 33 pounds with an alarm if it is getting overloaded. I ended up getting this kitchen scale because my mother in law kept getting confused by the smart one we had at home. This one is much more straightforward, and she figured it out right away. The display is clear, the buttons are easy to use, and it measures accurately for everyday cooking. We’ve been using it for meal prep without any issues. Sometimes simple really is better, and this scale works great for what we need.

Unfortunately, I took it out of the package and it is not working at all. I'm not sure if it came from the factory defective but it doesnt turn on. Looks like I got a dud.
