Great kitchen scale which is quite accurate. It alao blends well with the countertop and feels very discreet. The surface is an edge to edge glass, so any accidental spills will not kill the display. It came charged and ita great to have USB charging. However, the AAA batteries were expired long ago and were at the brink of leaking, so I had to toss them away and use my own. Otherwise, no complaints.

UPDATE - 2026-04-04 ---> I decided enough was enough after contacting customer service again and explaining that the issues was workmanship related and I should not have to buy another scale nor should I have to discard a perfectly good working scale because the USB-C charging port is loose. Since I can't charge it easily I decided to open it up (obviously it was not made to be repaired). A number of emails basically ended up with its my problem not ours attitude since its way outside of the warranty period.I found that it was just a lousy workmanship issue. Update: It's been four months of several times a week use and I haven't had to charge it yet. Still accurate and working great!
