I’ve used immersion blenders for years (maybe a couple of decades) because they’re so convenient for blending things in their existing containers (e.g. hot pumpkin soup still simmering on the stove in a pot) without the hassle and mess of transferring contents to and from a free-standing blender. They’re also super easy to clean (just run the blender on high in a tall glass of water). This product is great. I find it extremely useful, I use it for everything, literally almost everyday and it's super easy to use and convenient to store. I had a little issue with one of the parts and contacted the manufacturing company and they were able to assist me, although I didn't sign up for the year warranty, Nico made an exception for me and still assisted me with the issue. Extremely recommended to buy this product!

I must report that I find the hand blender to be less than acceptable and am placing a negative review about the problems and apparent false advertising of which I have been subjected .First, I notice that the spin speed and mixing velocity for liquids is slower and weaker than a 20 year old Braun that I have - which states on the device that it draws 165 watts power . That unit churns the liquid with a fast strong force .I tried using your device for blending beet root powder . It clumps up when putting the fine powder in the water . Your device does not produce enough churning to break up th

I love this device. It's strong and very dependable. I use it for shakes, sauces, anything I need to blend. The support team, especially Nico, are wonderful to work with, if you need them. I did not, I was just registering my warranty.
