I brought this item almost 7-8 months ago and motor started to go on me. I reached out to manufacturer and wow !!! I was absolutely blown away with their level of customer service. Not only did they make the process easy to get a replacement with the warranty but how fast they shipped my product. This is a very strong and powerful mixer and didn’t want to search for a new one . I’m a crafter so having a quality product and great service is what I required. I would definitely recommend this product.

2 months after purchasing - the motor is going strong but the frother/whisk attachment doesn't spin anymore. This is the reason I bought this is to make ice cream and I need those attachments. I would just say the quality is less than desired as we've had first the motor stop and now the plastic part of the attachments broken on the inside so it won't spin it. Wouldn't recommend buying this one.Update - contacted the manufacturer and they will be sending a new motor part, I assume without the attachments which is fine because there's nothing wrong with those. So happy they were willing to make

This item is absolutely rock solid and works incredibly well.It replaced what I had for years that was made out of plasticThis one is all metal and the two speeds are a nice touch to help very what you need done.I've had it about a month now and no issues at all.It is a bit more pricier than others but trust me you won't miss the extra cost for the quality that you're getting.

I was so looking forward to using this when it came time to put away my old mixed. I purchased this on July 1st and opened the box today-September 5, 26 for the first time. It was simple to put together and felt like it was good and sturdy. Had my soft ingredients all in the bowl ready, plugged it in to use and it lasted not even 1 whole minute and just quit on me. I'm wondering if I was sent a used one? As of right now, NO do don't purchase this product. I also just seen the so-called warranty run out. Crazy, when I just opened it today.

I purchased the mega wise three and one blender a year ago in January. I only used it three times and then it stopped working. I contacted the Customer Service chat and they are going to replace it even though my #Warranty was up. I thought this was really cool.
