REOLINK OMVI 3i WiFi, 10MP+8MP 4K, Triple-Lens Outdoor Security Camera

I've only been using this camera for about 2 weeks but wow what an improvement over my Riolink Duo 2 180° camera.Not only is the picture quality better but the additional tracking feature is wonderful and it has a much further extended range of identification / notification.I'm very pleased with this camera and would recommend it to anybody that's looking for an upgrade to their Reolink system

Field of view is good but both ptz and standard are viewing the same angle because ptz have no zoom optionnight vision is not good, PTZ is having glare of moving car headlights, alerts for parked cars all night long, tried reducing sensitivityNo zoom option to monitor a specific areaSoftware issues - if object moving right ptz moving left, not as expected, lack of optical zoom is main disadvantage, can’t capture license platers beyond 20 feet

The Omvi3 WiFi is my first Reolink camera. I purchased it because I was frustrated with the Eufy E340 floodlight cameras I purchased last year that wouldn’t alert to anything after dark. When I first got the omvi3 it was not that great, but still better than my eufy cameras. Then it received a firmware update and app update about a month after purchase and while not perfect, it did improve tracking and nighttime video dramatically. I have this camera monitoring my entire front yard and driveway and you simply can’t sneak up on this camera without getting detected and it reacts and alerts quick

Wish the lower camera had an optical zoom. However really was pleased with the quality. Unfortunately this specific camera did not work out for me due to the dual cameras at the top being set high on the camera and the soffit of the home.

I purchased this camera due to the stated ability to store video locally. Perhaps because I have an Apple Ecosystem and the software was clearly sub-par from the videos and documentation shown for PCs, the entire process was non-functional start to finish. Attempted to setup local storage, device would not connect despite being solidly on network and firewalls set to appropriate permissions. Then, the SD card would not store locally (I had read this as an issue in a prior review). And finally, just wanting to test the stored video, I finally gave in and bought the cloud storage which would not

Only been up for a couple of days but it is very impressive. Now have 12 Reolink's in and around my home and workshop. With it's features I could actually do without two of the existing cameras. Reolink is always working to improve their cameras. Rarely need service but if needed they are very responsive.

I can’t get the memory card to record. I tried several and formatted them correctly. I have 8 other Reolink cameras that the card does work in. The picture quality is very good though.

This is the best reolink camera I have bought to date. Love the fact that the main camera will detect something and then send the lower camera to investigate! Works great on with memory card not as well on dvr. Still the best camera I have used.
