    Worth every penny!

    I was worried about buying this machine. It is sooo expensive! I was worried that my family would judge me for spending so much money when I already had a perfectly fine sewing machine. It sat in my Amazon cart for months. I finally purchased the machine. I was sewing at the dining room table. My son came downstairs one morning as I was sewing. He commented on how quiet the new sewing machine was. He said that usually, if I sew early in the morning on my old machine, it wakes him up. He said I was glad I got this new machine.     Best Bang for the Buck

    I'm a Janome and Juki girl. I own the Janome 6700P and love it, but the price line is much higher than the 6650P. The differences are as stated in the wright up. I needed an additional machine, as I have ladies who come and sew with me twice a month and my Juki was in the shop for maintenance. The Janome 6650 almost mirrors the 6700P for such a terrific price that it was a no-brainer for me. In fact, the 6700P is just about double the price of the 6650P. I just LOVE the machine. In fact, one of my friends bought one after trying mine out. She could not believe the quality, especially at such a

    Machine - good, trolly - damaged.

    Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wanted a better product than my existing Singer. However, the "bundle" came with a damaged trolly, I cannot seem to get it replaced either.

    Not the machine for me

    I've been using this machine for about 6 months and I can honestly say I would not purchase it again. A major flaw in the machine design, for me, is the halogen lights under the throat of the machine. I have burned myself, so many times, reaching back to flip up the presser foot that I fear I will have a permanent scar from it. While I realize, at some point, my brain should kick in a say "Don't Do That", it has not happened yet. For some reason I find it very clunky and cumbersome to sew on this machine and I also find it difficult to stitch a straight top stitch seam at 1/8 inch for some rea

    Complete waste of money!

    Worst most frustrating machine I have ever used!!!After a couple of seams, it jams in the bobbin area, and I have to spend the next half hour troubleshooting. Definitely not the way I want to spend my sewing time! It’s also very loud and clunky.Too bad I waited to use this until after the return window was closed…. A complete waste of $2000.00!Fortunately I still have my old machine to go back to.

    Top quality

    Great value for money, very sturdy, stitch quality is so much better than old machine. Had a huge learning curve but once I got past that machine runs smoothly, quietly and faster. Lots of markings for stitch width and easy to maneuver. Thanks Janome.
