Great laptop that is truly made for business purposes. All software and print drivers loaded without any problems. I previously tried the laptop with the snapdragon processor and I had so many problems with software and hardware compatibility. I highly recommend this laptop!

I did not purchase this through Amazon. My work issued me the device. I've been using laptops for decades. This unit has, hands down, the worst trackpad I've ever used. It regularly fails to detect presses, pokes, jabs, and finger movements. I am not always in a place where I can use a mouse. Totally unacceptable. I do like the screen.
