Perfect replacement for an older model Whirlpool Ice Maker.

Works great and installation was quick and easy!!!

Perfect fit. My ice maker is at the bottom of the refrigerator so it was a little hard for me (I'm 75) to install. I don't bend very well. Highly recommend. Very good value. Do not be fooled with the cheaper options.

Worked first try. Unfortunately these things all fail after a few years. It is almost impossible to replace this without removing the door, trays and racks, and there a couple of "trick" plastic catches you need to release to remove the racks. See youtube on how to release the secret catches.

Quick (about 30 minutes) and easy to replace and it works.

It worked how it supposed to. It was like an OEM part for my fridge. I highly recommend.

When I first received this, I was hesitant because it looked a little handled and also had what i'm assuming is food grade lubricant on some of the inside parts. But after I cleaned it up and my husband installed it, it works like a charm and way better than the previous replacement we bought from a different company that broke within a year. Makes lots of ice and so far so good!!
